Please note that the following list is in the
chronological order in which a teacher retired from the college, or left it for
another job, or expired otherwise :
Sgri Dharam Pal (?)
Dr. S.S. Gandhi (?)
Late Dr. Yashpal Dewan : Dr. Dewan had his education at DAV High
School and DAV College Lahore where after his post graduation in history, worked
first as a Research Scholar and then as Lecturer. In 1944 he shifted to DAV
College Hoshiarpur and in 1956 to Hans Raj College, Delhi. He received his Ph.D
from Delhi University. He retired in 198
Dr. B.L. Grover : Dr. Grover did his
post graduation and Ph.D from Punjab University and joined Hans Raj College in
1958. He retired as Reader in History in 1990.
Dr. K.N. Panikkar
Late Shri C.S. Jain : Shri Chhabi Sagar Jain (1930-2009). He did
his post graduation from Agra and LL.B from Allahabad. He joined Hans Raj
College as Lecturer in 1965 and Retired as Reader in History in 1995.
