We intend making your interaction with the college as stress-free as possible. This is the least that you deserve we suppose !

Henceforth if you need to come all the way to the college in connection with any retirement-related work, please call us up to find if the process could somehow be simplified for you, or if your trip could be avoided altogether. Of course you are welcome to visit the college as and when you want, we want your visits to be totally stress-free ... and may be the 'purpose' of your visit can be over just by making a call to the undersigned.

Please do let us know if you have any medical bills or other forms to be submitted to the college. Just inform us once those are ready, with full supporting documentation. If so, we may well be able to send a courier over to your place (with prior appointment of course) to get the same collected from your residence.

Please note that even in spite of what we talk above, you may have to come to the college personally, or send an authorized representative (with full documents required) if the situation warrants so. Please keep your WUS health cards updated with deposition of the full fee required as per rules. Copy of your duly updated WUS card will be required at the time of issuance the mandatory letter for getting yourself treated as per 'cashless facilities' at some of the hospitals.
