Oh Result !

Waiting for result is a hard nut to crack

With it gets all the fun & frolic pack.

No Christmas, no New Year and no pomp and show !

With each passing day goes the heart low & low.

Every morning, evening the beating heart rushes to computer

But all in vain. Oh Result Where are you ? My future !!

Maths, English are from this devil free

Oh God ! When will this freedom shower on me ?

This wait would torment us for 5 semesters more

Is semester system a problem or a cure ??

WHY ???

I wish to explore the expanse of the sky

Fly with my wings high

Not like a kite that once has to fall down

But like a bird that flies without a frown

To do whatever I like

And take from this world a strike

To get from God a reply

He created the world why ?

Why is there no love?

What do you do sitting there above ?

Selfishness is a feeling bound to enter our life

For our children, husband or wife

Why is there no peace, only war all around ?

The corrupt and cheats always being crowned

Competition kills

Students lead a life without thrills

Why can’t everyone be the topper ?

Without fate being the stopper

Why do opportunities lightly knock hardly twice ?

Why can’t they bang our doors just thrice ?

Why is there no caring and sharing ?

Only God fearing?

Do we deserve so much sorrow and pain ?

Our efforts to experience ecstasy going all in vain
